We machine and drill with our CNC boring mill. Capacity is 96" vertical x 276" horizontal, 42" in and out spindle travel.

Cutting

• ESAB NC Burn Table 8' x 40' with 2 Oxyacetylene and 1 plasma head

• Band Saw 18" section x 20" deep

Plate Rolling

• Bertsch, Pinch Rolls 1.375" thk x 8' wide

Bending

• Niagara, 400 Ton Hydraulic Press Brake 20' long
• #2 Buffalo Rolls
  - Angle 1-1/2" to 4" Leg In/Leg Out
  - Flat Bar 2" to 4" Easy Way/Hard Way
  - Pipe 3/4" to 3-1/2"

Welding

• 300-1200 amp. manual and automatic processes
  - SMAW: Shielded Metal Arc Welding
  - FCAW: Flux Cored Arc Welding
  - GMAW: Gas Metal Arc Welding
  - GTAW: Gas Tungsten Arc Welding
  - SAW: Submerged Arc Welding
• Welding Positioners

  overhead cranes (2 at 2 tons each)
• Fabrication Shop: 31,000 sq. ft.
  - South Bay: 2 overhead cranes at 10 tons each
  - Middle Bay: 2 overhead cranes at 15 tons each
  - North Bay: 1 overhead crane at 15 tons and 1 at 20 tons
• Covered Storage: 4,200 sq. ft. with
  2 overhead cranes at 5 tons each
• Test Pad: 3,310 sq. ft.
